The scooter passenger doen't fit here. First, the scooter is in the shadows, while sunlight is falling on his shoulders and back, but not on the driver. Secondly, he is not dressed as warmly as the other riders in the picture.

Good observation Roy! But more importantly, what we have here is a Romanista and Laziale riding together on a scooter! preposterous!
