Sink as much coffee as you can in Rome's finest and most famous bars, some of which have been serving since the turn of the last century! Depending on the time of day, you'll be able to see the roasting process in action and learn everything there is to know about Roman coffee!

Overview
Between cups of the Arabica blend and energizing espresso, we'll discuss the whys and wherefores of coffee culture and it's place in Roman society since the 16th century. We'll talk about the wide variety of brewing techniques in use in Rome today, and benefit from a home stovetop moka class. Coffee aficionados will revel in the knowledge that Rome's historic coffee shops are in fact fierce rivals in the trade, and go to extreme lengths to protect their trademark brewing methods. Depending on the time of day and weekly roasting schedule, we'll have the chance to watch a traditional roast as well as knock back as much caffè as possible inside two hours!
