What you'll see: St. Mark’s Square and Basilica, Grand Canal, Murano Glass Factory

Suggested Itinerary

Your guide would meet you at your hotel (if you are staying in central Venice) or a central meeting point. From there you would depart for a walking tour off the beaten path to discover the Venetians’ Venice. You will navigate along the Grand Canal in a private boat, and visit a genuine Murano Glass Factory where (Mondays through Fridays) you will be able to witness the actual production of hand blown glass (not a mere “demo”).  We will then return to Venice for a visit to St. Mark’s Square and the Basilica. You will enter the Basilica without waiting in line. At the end of the visit, your guide will be happy to recommend a lovely Venetian restaurant where you can enjoy some local specialties.
