Overview
It is a three day ticket which offers free and discounted transport and sightseeing in Rome. Roma Pass is activated on validation when first used for transportation or sightseeing. From that moment it is active until midnight on the third day for unlimited transport on Rome's bus, tram, and metro lines (not the Roma - Fiumicino airport express line). Roma Pass allows for free and skip the line entry to two sites / museums / monuments / attractions, while from the third on, discounts apply. The Roma Pass comes with an official city of Rome sightseeing map, a list and guide to the places covered by the pass, and a guide to additional discounts for events of interest. To give you an idea of how much money you can save with the Roma Pass, entrance fees to the Colosseum and Borghese Gallery alone amount to 25,50 Euro, meaning that the three days worth of bus, tram, and metro travel are basically free!
